If this is a Buyer's Market, where will you be living when it's over?
Is this the bottom? Are we getting close to the bottom? I get asked this question almost daily. And, my crystal ball is in the shop, so I don't have a for certain answer. The Average and Median Denver home price dropped again this month, so clearly, if your motiviation isn't strong to sell - stay put and ride it out. On the other hand, if you have a good equity position and are wanting to move up, this market is an excellent opportunity.
Thinking of adding a Denver rental property to your investment portfolio? Don't wait much longer . . . prices are low, interest rates are reasonable, and the inventory of homes is great!
If you want a monthly report of what's happening with Denver home sales in your neighborhood, just email or give me a call.
